Shipping Policies
When will my order ship?
All orders ship overnight via UPS to arrive on Thursday.
In rare cases, shipping may be delayed due to weather conditions or carrier disruptions. If this occurs, we will contact you directly and continue to honor any applicable guarantees.

What shipping options are available?
We ship overnight via UPS only to ensure the safest possible delivery for live coral.
When must I pay for my order?
Orders must be paid by Tuesday at 12 PM (noon) to be received by Thursday. No exceptions.
Can I change my shipping day?
No. At this time, we do not offer alternate shipping days.
Can packages be shipped to a UPS Access Point?
Yes. You may provide a UPS Access Point address in your order notes at checkout.
What if I don’t purchase shipping?
We will make one attempt to contact you regarding your order. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be considered abandoned and restocked to ensure the health of the livestock. In such cases, refunds or store credits cannot be issued.
Who is responsible for shipping information?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Auction Policies
How do your auctions work?
Auctions run for a scheduled duration with clearly defined start and end times. All bids must be placed before the auction closes.
What is Popcorn Bidding?
If a bid is placed within the final 2 minutes, the auction extends by 2 additional minutes. This continues until no last-minute bids are placed.
What happens if I win an auction?
Winners will receive payment instructions by email. Payment is required within 48 hours. All auction sales are final.
Can I combine shipping for auctions and buy it now corals?
Yes. You can combine auction wins and buy it now for up to two weeks. If multiple shipping boxes are purchased, we will refund the additional shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. Store credit is only available for approved live arrival claims.
Coral Policies
How long will you hold my coral?
We will hold corals for up to 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.
What if my coral arrives dead?
Please email info@buycoralonline.com within 1 hour of delivery with clear photos of the coral in its original packaging. Approved claims will be issued store credit or replacement based on availability.
